Policies

All our ceramic work is handmade, therefore subject to variations. Because of glaze application, firing conditions, ect., each plaque is different and special. These minor imperfections show that the work was done by hand, and not by a machine. If there is an accident, and very rarely there is, either a piece breaking in the kiln cracking, or by human error or by the "kiln gods", we are happy to re-do your plaque for you. There are no refunds.
Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT for spelling of names, age, ect. We work off this receipt. If you do not call or email us within 24 hours with the changes, then we cannot fix these mistakes, and we are not liable. You can redo your plaque if you choose at YOUR expense, or keep the plaque with the error, your choice. We keep all plaques with errors if they are redone, regardless of whose fault it is.
We are not responsible for variations in color due to your monitor, and each child has smoother/more distinct lines in their hands, so each one will vary in that area also. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are not happy with your plaque, we are happy to redo the plaque with your changes at your expense.
